Overview

Inbox Hero is a privacy-first inbox management application that helps you organize and triage your inbox. Your data belongs to you.

Data We Access

When you connect your Gmail account, Inbox Hero accesses:

• Email headers (sender, subject, date)
• Email content for display
• Your email address for account identification

How Your Data Is Stored

• Locally on your device: Email messages, sender statistics, and account information are stored only on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
• Your personal iCloud: Category preferences and other user preferences sync via your own iCloud account for multi-device convenience.
• We do NOT store your data: Kelley Software LLC does not operate servers that store your email data.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do NOT sell your data
• We do NOT share your data with third parties
• We do NOT use your data for advertising
• We do NOT send your emails to external servers

Third-Party Services

Inbox Hero uses Google's Gmail API to access your email with your explicit permission. Google's privacy policy applies to their services: Google Privacy Policy

Your Rights

• Disconnect your account at any time within the app
• Revoke access via your Google Account settings
• Delete the app to remove all local data
