• You must comply with your email provider's terms of service
• You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose

Inbox Hero is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data due to device failure or user error
• Actions taken based on email categorization
• Service interruptions from email providers

Limitation of Liability

Kelley Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
